Whichever option you choose, please follow these steps for the smoothest process possible. All SIP Warranty activations should be directed to the SIP Customer Service team in the first instance.


  1. Ensure that you have your Proof of Purchase (POP) to hand.

  2. Confirm that your machine is registered with the SIP Silver or SIP Gold Warranty Schemes.

  3. Discuss the nature of the fault with one of our colleagues, who will advise you of any quick resolutions.

  4. If your item needs further inspection and is covered under SIP Warranty Schemes, our Customer Service Team will arrange collection and delivery to one of our Authorised SIP Repair Agents for inspection, repair and return.

  5. Please note that should the failure subsequently be diagnosed as not caused by a manufacturing fault, SIP will invoice the person/company for the cost of collection and return of the item.

  6. Our Authorised SIP Repair Agent will then provide quotation for any repairs not deemed to be the result of a manufacturing fault.

  7. In rare instances, your machine may be transferred to SIP for further inspection. Please read the Pre-Return Conditions Form made available by our Customer Service Team which covers a list of possible charges.
