SIP BMS ISO 9001 Policy Statements and Commitments
We, the Directors / Senior Management team are fully committed to our Business Management System (BMS ISO9001:2015). The effective implementation and operation of the Business Management System (BMS) is crucial for the delivery of our activities, products and services. This is supported by a process of continuous improvement designed to promote customer satisfaction, organisational efficiency and value for money.
Today, SIP continues to go from strength to strength, launching over 100 new products a year and supplying distributors across the world. The SIP catalogues now include Welding, Metalworking, Compressors & Air Tools, Battery Chargers & Starters, Booster Packs, Automotive Equipment, Heaters, Generators, Pressure Washers, Water Pumps Vacuuming Machines, and Woodworking Equipment. Carefully selected, all our ranges offer the SIP promise of quality, value, and choice. SIP are based and operates from Shepshed, Leicestershire.
Our BMS Policy Commitments are as Follows:
SIP has engaged with ISO9001:2015 to ensure that the expansion of the business is matched by the introduction of a coded processes, and methodology to guide the growing business so that the high quality delivery of our activities to all internal, and external stakeholders, is enhanced and not diminished, by future organisational growth.
- The senior management team will show leadership and bear the responsibility for establishing, implementing, integrating and maintaining the (BMS) in a commitment to satisfy the requirements of the international standard ISO9001:2015 and our customers’ needs and expectations.
- Through senior management direction and support, employees will have a proper understanding of the importance of the (BMS) and their responsibility in contributing to its effectiveness and its direct relevance to the success of the organisation.
- Demonstrate effective communication and engagement of employees through our (BMS).
- Set a framework for setting the (BMS) objectives and targets and look to continually improve our (BMS) performance.
- Fully comply with all applicable requirements related to our activities, products and services.
- Assign clear roles, responsibilities and authorities throughout the organisation for management of its (BMS).
- Promote, a risk-based thinking methodology to eliminate and prevent re occurrence of non-conformities.
- Maintain, monitor, review and continually improve the (BMS).
